Until recently all Parish Council meetings had been cancelled in light of the Corona virus situation.  Recent changes in Government legislation have now enabled Parish Council meetings to be held over a virtual platform if required.  Hilderstone Parish Council will therefore be trialling a virtual meeting via the Zoom platform for the May meeting.  If successful this may be rolled out for future meetings until such a time as public gatherings are permitted once again.

Meeting details will be published on the Agenda and members of the public are welcome to log in and view the meeting whilst in progress.  Please note, public participation will not be permitted for the time being, however any questions emailed to the Parish Clerk at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting, will be read out.   All details will be made available under the meetings tab on this website.
